We offer personal service on a one-to-one
basis. We are not a faceless corporation interested only in
multi-nationals like Ford, Toyota or Fiat. We prefer to give a low cost
personal service to individuals and small companies. Affordable pattern
making, FRP panels, carbon fibre, moulds and one-off car bodies to your
design or ours. |

| We produce customised car bodywork-spoilers,
bumpers, hoods, wings, bonnets- up to full concept show car bodies. From
conceptualisation and design renderings through making patterns (buck) then
moulds, chassis design and running gear selection, we do it all under one
roof. Full project management from prototype to low volume production. |

| Commissioning a new car design is
a 7 stage process. Although we have a selection of 50 concept cars in our
portfolio, our main business is taking commissions and proposals from you,
the client, making your dreams reality.
STAGE 1: After discussing the brief we will draw
one or two concept car shapes for approval, or select one from the
portfolio.
STAGE 2: You will make criticisms then we produce
more drawings, hopefully close to the final shape. |
| STAGE 3: More criticism
from you, then onto stage 4. otherwise we liase with you to produce more
design interpretations. After confirmation of final design drawings some
clients will sign off and go away to build the car themselves. However
most clients want us to build the car which they can drive. This can be
achieved with our integrated chassis design service. Chassis platforms can
be steel spaceframes or our unique carbon fibre road tub. |

| STAGE 4:
Attention now moves to the workshop where we start to create the new body
panels or body shell. If it's just a one-off that is needed the cost can
be kept very low if clay models and moulds can be avoided. If you want an
original bodyshell to fit your own chassis it can be ready in 10-20 weeks. |

STAGE 5 If you are commissioning a
chassis and suspension then work will start before stage 4. Bodyshell construction
will run concurrently. We build chassis for both off road racing and the
road, and design suspension.
STAGE 6 Assembly of the running prototype.
STAGE 7 Moulds and jigs will be produced if not already
done, or where a production run is required. |

PRICING:- Design renderings only £500 ($750)-£2,000 ($2,900)
FRP car body only (no chassis or suspension work) £20,000
($28,500)-£65,000 ($93,000)
Complete car built from scratch £36,000 ($52,000)-£150,000 ($220,000)
To keep costs down we suggest a stage payment scheme and/or Royalties
on units sold. Prices shown do not represent maximum or minimum possible
